Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs/食破天惊

This movie was somewhat tasteless.

Well, maybe every child has such a dream: what if every delicious food fall from the sky someday? This is a fantastic dream and a good story for movies; Disney may show us a magic happy-ending, Dreamworks may show us a funny and no-happy-ending, -- but both would be good and acceptable. However, the director failed to tell the story well and ruin it. We saw nothing so amusing, nothing so exciting, nothing out-of-expectation in the animation. There were lots of elements in the movie and made it a huge mixer (even including the old ways story of an adventure in a horrible cave?), and led to less attraction to audience.
